I am volunteer for Standard Chartered KL marathon

Last saturday I went to Bangunan Makhamah, Jalan Raja KL for Standard Chartered KL marathon 2010's briefing. First time to join this event too, I take part in marathon but I was volunteering in the event. kind me? ( XD)

The briefing started at 9am-11am and opened for registration, but I woke up at 6.45am and took LRT. Normally I will skipped the 8am class but I woke up on time last saturday, so amazing!! 

And I reached the place ( Bangunan Mahkamah, Jalan Raja) at 8am early morning.

#5 Malaysian culture: During briefing time, everyone will late for that but will never late for free food there.

Day 2, Sunday early morning 3am, Padang Merbok car park

#7 everyone queue up to get the shirt and early breakfast. (there are 300 volunteers in drink station)

#8 Marshall station counter, the place I collect my shirt and breakfast. luckily no long queue there. 

#9 time: 4.15am..waiting for the bus.

#10 Shuttle bus by Rapid KL. around 6 Rapid KL buses there. ( marshall group in the bus)

#11 I was here around 4.45am and slept at the roadside for 30minutes. what a special experience~ >.<

#13 here is the place I stayed from 4 something early morning to 10am.

Time : 7am, finally I saw first runner!! ( The station I stayed around 30km from the starting point)

#15 second batch, Group of Nigeria runners, they ran freaky fast.. The first runner time for 42.195km was 2 hours 16 minutes. means their speed around 18.6km per hour.

Finally everyone passed through my station around 10am, so that I can back to Dataran Merdeka on 10.30am.

#28 He got no lunch because he in-charged last drink station, he ate 4 bananas as his lunch . pity him.

P/S: A chinese young man was passed away in Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2010. RIP.
